Invoicify was founded to help firms modernize their billing to accelerate cash flow using "Intelligence-Based Billing."
Invoicify's CEO, previously co-founded and led Digitize.ai through an acquisition by Waystar (backed by ET Ventures & Bain Capital) in 2019. We kicked off with the founding team with a design workshop to deep dive into the company vision, their position in the market, and the problems their platform aimed to solve.

Understanding Customer Pain Points by Talking to Real Customers
We hosted a research study by contacting existing customers who shared with us first-hand the processes and pain points of competitor platforms.
The feedback gave us a glimpse of prospects day to day jobs and the frustrations they faced. They were mired in work that the software should have been doing for them. Insights from these conversations gave us confidence we were designing a solution that addressed a market need and real customer problems, driving many of our design decisions moving forward.
