About the Project
Park Plaza is a new, upscale condominium establishment under development in Dulles, Virginia. The primary investment group on the project, Rock Investments, asked Dreamten Studios to design an identity for the community, emphasizing it’s modernity, style, and elegance. The result were a series of concepts that reflect the style and affluence of the new homes.
