Development Training Systems is a company specializing in corporate coaching and leadership training, founded by Dr. Zayd Abdul Karim. Dr. Zayd has facilitated learning and development sessions with over 10,000 people throughout his career. His clients are executives, mid-level managers, and aspiring leaders within private corporations, non-profit organizations, and federal government agencies. Since 1998, he has served as part-time faculty in the Johns Hopkins University, MBA Program and the Master’s in Organization Development/Human Resources.
