About the Project
Plan-It Granite & Marble is one of the largest granite and marble countertop retailers in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan and Chicago areas and house over 1,500 slabs of granite and marble in their newly opened 60,000 square foot design center and headquarters in Sterling, VA.
Back in 2003, Plan-It Granite & Marble came to Dreamten Studios looking for a full-featured website that not only showcased the products and services of the company, but offered an interactive experience to inspire and engage the customer. We worked closely with Plan-It Granite & Marble to produce a website way ahead of its time (it is still cutting edge to this day), featuring an Adobe Flash based interactive design tool allowing customers to view granite/marble countertops and cabinet colors in a sample kitchen. The site also features an interactive pricing tool, photo gallery, and displays the company’s products in a beautiful and easy-to-read format.
